Kat Evans
Actor (Dora, Loamy Seasons 4+, Lindsey Seasons 3+, Various)/Writer

Kat Evans is a Chicago-based performer, playwright and yoga instructor. She loves to get her Irish dialect on when working with Smock Alley– most recently in The Quiet Man. She feels honored to educate Chicago-area students through touring shows with Greatworks Theatre. Doing voice work for Our Fair City and Blastropodcast delights her. Other favorite projects include moaning a lot in The Vagina Monologues at Metropolis and the Copley theatres, playing Princess Jasmine in Disney’s Aladdin Jr with Emerald City, Lucy Brown in Three Penny Opera with the Hypocrites, and Lula in Dangerface 3 by Idris Goodwin.

As a solo performer, Kat has toured her shows on Annie Oakley and The History of Stripping nationally and in Canada. As half of the acrobatic duo Divine Flight, she spends a lot of time up in the air and upside down (www.divineflight.com). Kat also teaches yoga and acroyoga; you can learn all about her upcoming shows and classes at www.lisekatevans.com.
